Steps
- Use the Room name to identify which Room to open.
- Share the Room password with intended participants when password entry is required.
- Ask each participant to choose their own nickname.
- Keep the Owner PIN private and separate from invitations.
- If access information spreads too widely, use available owner controls to change it.
What should happen
Participants receive only the details they need, while owner access stays separate.
Common problems
- An Owner PIN is not the participant Room password.
- A nickname does not prove someone's real identity.
- JoinRooms cannot promise recovery of every forgotten credential.
