How to Create a Temporary Room

Use a Temporary Room when you do not need to hold its name with a subscription.

Steps

  1. Choose Create a Room.
  2. Enter the Room name you want to try.
  3. Create the participant Room password.
  4. Choose your nickname.
  5. Set a private Owner PIN and enter the Room.
  6. Share the Room name and participant password, but not the Owner PIN.

What should happen

The Room opens with you as its owner. Its name and history are not promised permanently.

Common problems

  • If the name is already in use, choose another.
  • A normal Temporary Room requires a password.
  • Temporary Rooms may display advertising.
  • Normal Temporary Rooms do not provide photo sharing.
