How to Report a Serious Concern

Steps

1. Use the in-product Serious Concern option when it is available, or open Contact / Report Abuse.
2. Describe what happened and the approximate time.
3. Include the Room name and participant nicknames only when relevant.
4. Attach relevant evidence only when it is safe and appropriate to do so.
5. Do not include Room passwords, Owner PINs, payment information, or unrelated private messages.
6. Submit the report and retain any confirmation you receive.

Common problems

• For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
• A nickname does not prove a person's real identity.
• Incomplete timing or context may make investigation harder.
• Use owner controls immediately when an unwanted participant is still in the Room.
